We are looking for an enthusiastic PR Specialist to work with us at our office in Ha Noi. The PR Specialist will report to the Senior Internal PR Specialist, and contribute to boosting our employee engagement via internal events and internal communications.

The main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Give ideas, make plans and organize internal events in order to connect employees;

• Be in charge of updating, designing and editing internal & external publications, media materials, including, but not limited to social media;

• Plan and manage the day-to-day activities for our internal media and event in order to build a community around our goal of the company morale improvement;

• Cooperate with other members of the Internal PR team to implement synchronized internal events efficiently;

• Create and distribute quarterly newsletters;

• Support other activities regarding employer branding, company events, ect;

• Perform other tasks assigned by the manager.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Have about 2-3 years of experience working in the same position;

• University Degree, ideally in a relevant degree such as PR, marketing, communications, advertising or similar;

• Fluent in English, good communication;

• Active and creative person;

• Must possess excellent organizational and planning skills;

• Familiarity with social media tools;

• Strong networking, relationship-building and interpersonal skills;

• Shows initiative and has a strong work ethic;

• Experienced in graphic design
