Gear Games is looking for a full-time Native Vietnamese-Speaking Receptionist to work in Hanoi, responsible for providing visitor services, as well as secretarial and administrative support.

The ideal candidate will handle the following responsibilities:

• Welcome visitors by greeting them in person or over the phone, and handle or refer inquiries.

• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and parcel deliveries.

• Manage pantry supplies, including ordering and refilling snacks and beverages on a daily basis.

• Coordinate the procurement of office supplies for daily operations.

• Manage and coordinate other administrative tasks.

• Provide support to management and other staff as required.

Job Requirements:

• Fairly good command of English

• Native proficiency in Vietnamese

• Ability to work 8 hours a day (Monday to Friday)

• Strong and effective communication skills

• Proficient in using email and MS Office

• Responsible, trustworthy, careful, and organized

• Eager to learn, detail-oriented, and supportive
